Planning
your build
Once we have finalised your home design, we move forward into the planning phase of the build. Without careful planning, a building project can become a disaster — resulting in significant delays and extra costs. During this stage, we determine the project scope with you and share examples of homes and floor plans that work within your budget and maximise your space.
Throughout the planning process, you are in complete control while working hand in hand with our team of expert building consultants. In each meeting, we’ll iron out the details of your home design, including your inclusions, colours, and material style selections. We’ll walk you through all of your options for customising your home and create a timetable so you’re notified when certain selections are due. Once you’ve settled the legalities and signed the final contract, we’ll get to work on approval to start construction.

Building your
dream home
The last phase of our process is construction. During this exciting period, you’ll watch your home take shape — from excavation and pouring of the slab all the way through to seeing your fixtures and fittings installed. At each stage, we will organise a walk-through with you to ensure that our level of craftsmanship meets your expectations.
Once your home is completed, we’ll take you on one final walk-through so you can perform a pre-settlement inspection. You’ll have the chance to examine everything in your home, from your countertops to the painting, your brand new floors and the fixtures you carefully selected. We know there’s nothing like the feeling of walking into a perfectly-executed new home for the first time. That’s why we ensure every aspect of the build is completed to the highest of standards.
