Deni Homes is a boutique home builder based in Adelaide, South Australia. Our company is small enough to have close personal contact but big enough to have specialists on the job, from designers to contractors.

Design

Every great build starts with a great design and this will be the first step to creating your dream home. Our designers and experience will help you make informed decisions which will allow you to have a dream home and will provide you with the best value in your new home. During this stage we get to know you, your lifestyle and your needs so we can create a home that is not only visually stunning, but is truly functional. We understand that your new home needs to exceed all of your expectations, so we take this time to ensure that we understand your budget and all your needs.

Plan

Without proper planning a home build can become a disaster, so once we have an idea of the type of home and land you are desiring, the design stage can begin, either from an existing plan, a home you have seen or completely from scratch. During this stage, we continue to listen to your needs and desires so we can define specifications for your home. We determine the project scope with you and may share examples of homes and ideas that fit your desires. From preliminary floor plan to custom design you are in complete control working hand in hand with us. We know from experience that selections are critically important in making your custom home yours so we work with you to set up a selection schedule that will include a timetable for when certain selections are due.

Construction

Once design and planning have been finalised your building will start to take shape. We take great pride in our homes and want you and your family to be as proud of your new home as we are. We also take pride in your home being on time, on budget, and exactly how you want it, all while leading you effortlessly through the process. Prior to completion of your home, we will perform a final walkthrough with you to ensure that the level of craftsmanship meets your expectation.
